ESE GRANT & REQUIREMENTS

The ESE Grant fuels strong minds, resilient hearts, and thriving communities through values-driven, emotionally safe education.
The Purpose
The Championeers! program is a dynamic system designed to transform campus culture and homes into emotionally safe, thriving, environments. Using neural education (neural-ed) for whole-mind-child learning and emotional safety strategies to foster emotional, social and mental health, ESE promotes healthy campus culture on intrinsic, traditional, and patriotic values, building strong, resilient lives, nurturing homes, and creating high-achieving school culture of renaissance innovation.
Scope of Grant
The ESE Grant provides up to $10,000+ in ESE training and resources, per school, per year and up to $1,000 per home educator/classroom teacher per year, to implement the ESE system for campus culture development, nurture family-life, and support personal growth.
Overview
ESE tackles the root causes of youth issues through Seven Essential Elements that cultivate emotionally safe campuses. Themed units provide an all-in-one alternative to SEL, integrating and supporting PBIS, MTSS, RTI, STEM, Civics, Character Education, Leadership, The Arts, ACE, and Resiliency Training into a unified strategic plan. Weekly tools are reinforced via STEM leadership challenges and classroom discussions, with optional musical performances or STEM presentations at each unit's end. School-wide systems extend these tools through music, and counseling, enhancing problem-solving, self-regulation, innovation, and mental well-being for staff and students.
